Open Data Usage Policy
Recognizing the importance of open data and in order to promote the principle of participation and raise the level of knowledge of various users of open data, the Ministry has made available a set of data that falls within its competences. As a procedural regulation of the use of open data, those wishing to benefit from this data should consult the Open Data Usage Policy. Open Data in the National Guard is governed by a usage policy that sets out the legal basis for the use of open data as well as the terms, obligations and restrictions imposed on the user. The use of open data also signifies acceptance of the terms specified in the Open Data Usage Policy. This policy and the available data are considered part of the terms of use of the Ministry's e-portal. Approval of the Open Data Usage Policy If your access to and use of any of the open data available on the Ministry's website or the linked electronic platforms at the Ministry, you are an acknowledgment of your commitment to the terms and conditions of this policy.
Responsibility of Data Users
- Visitors of the Ministry of National Guard website and beneficiaries of its services should review the policy of using this data to know any updates made to it.
- By reading the Policy or using the open data in the Portal, the User is considered an acknowledgment by the User's commitment to the terms and conditions of the Open Data Reuse Policy.
