Terms of Use for Services and Digital Portals

The electronic platforms of the Ministry of National Guard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (referred to hereinafter as the Ministry of National Guard Portal or the Portal) are provided for your personal use. By accessing and using this Portal, you agree to comply fully with these Terms of Use and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This agreement applies unconditionally, whether or not you are a registered user, and is effective from the date of your first use of the Portal. Any amendments to these Terms of Use will take effect immediately upon their publication unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Portal after any amendments are announced signifies your full acceptance of the​ updated terms.

By accessing the National Guard Portal, you agree not to engage in the following actions:

• Upload or provide files containing software, materials, data, or other information that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Use the Portal to send unsolicited emails, commercial messages, or engage in any form of misuse.
• Upload or provide files containing viruses, corrupted data, or malicious software.
• Publish, distribute, or share materials or information that defame others, violate laws, or include pornographic, obscene, offensive, or otherwise illegal content via the Portal.
• Advertise any products or services that could result in a violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Use any tools, software, or methods to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Portal.
• Carry out actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Portal’s infrastructure.

• Except as outlined below, you are prohibited from transferring, copying, or creating electronic links to the National Guard Portal or any of its content, or from displaying any of it within a frame.
• You must submit a specific request and obtain approval from the Ministry of National Guard before creating electronic links to this Portal, displaying any of its content within a frame, or engaging in any similar activities.
• The Ministry of National Guard reserves the right to impose any conditions when allowing the creation of any electronic links to this Portal or its content, or when permitting the display of this Portal or its content within a frame.
• The Ministry of National Guard shall under no circumstances be deemed to participate in or be associated with any trademarks, service marks, logos, or other symbols used or displayed on websites linked to this Portal or its content.
• The Ministry of National Guard reserves the right to disable or block any links from websites containing inappropriate, offensive, infringing, obscene, pornographic, unsuitable, unacceptable, or illegal material, or any names, materials, or information that violate laws or infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The Ministry of National Guard reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links in any form and is not responsible for the content available on any other site accessed through this Portal or vice versa.

• Links to other portals and/or websites are provided for your convenience. We do not assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or reliability of the linked portals and/or websites, nor do we endorse their content. Accessing these links is at your own risk.
• While we strive to replace broken or non-functional links with working alternatives, we cannot guarantee that these links will always remain operational.

• We take all necessary measures to scan and test the contents of this portal at every stage of production.
