In accordance with the participation laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of National Guard reviews all submissions before publication to ensure the provision of constructive opinions and contributions that enhance the services offered. The Ministry reserves the right to publish or delete any submissions it deems to be inconsistent with its policies or the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The objective of e-participation is to enhance participation in decision-making and public involvement in all activities undertaken to develop the work and services provided.
Terms and Conditions of E-Participation
The Ministry of National Guard is committed to addressing all opinions, suggestions, and public contributions through specific procedures as follows:
- Commenters must adhere to general etiquette and refrain from using any offensive language.
- Submissions must be serious, objective, and clear.
- Compliance with the publishing laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
- Submissions must be written in clear language.
- Personal information such as names and contact details should not be published.
